At Nalpac, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
